In DotNetNuke 4.5.3 installation, the Search Skin Object is changed. You will find the option to Search the "Web", which is default to use Google to search. Or the option to Seach the "Site", which is the same as previous site search.
It is a very good features which was lacking from previous DNN, but it will create some problems on the SKINs. It will show an option box of "Web", and an option box of "Site", some of our skins (and a lot of from other vendors) which does not reserve enough place for display the two extra Options, will actually not display right.
How to fix it?

What is a PMS color? PMS stands for Pantone Matching System. This is a color system developed to help designers and printers get matching color results. For instance, often times a company's logo will have a specific blue such as PMS 280, which is a navy blue. Designers and printers will know what blue that is and what your corresponding design elements should look like, so your message is uniform in look and style. Just tell them your logo is PMS 280.

You are free to change the text and link if you purchased our skin or have
our Full access or VIP membership
Method 1: Unzip the files, if there is a SKIN.ZIP inside, unzip the SKIN.ZIP,
open the HTML file, and change the text and link address. Add the file back to
SKIN.ZIP, and then add back the SKIN.ZIP to the PA, upload the skins.
Method 2: Goto "Admin/File Manager" or "Host/File Manager" depend on where
your skin upload from. Expand the Skins folder, your current skin folder, click
