We've got couple websites hosted at webhost4life now popup for username and password. We've submit a ticket, after 2 hours waiting, we still not get any response. Here is a temp fix:

Login to website4life control panel, goto security, and select the application folder, as you can see all security settings are gone. Only administrator got security. So, all you have to do is select EveryOne, and select Read and Execute Permission, and apply.

That should solve the problem for now.
